Process of Making the Cement Flooring

Shay's simple steps:

First...I watch Mikey put in the "stuff" in that orange mixer thingy.

Second:

I watch Mikey scrap the sides on the orange thingy to get all the stuff mixed right. See the pretty stuff?
Third:

I watch Mikey measure out the stuff and put it in the molds.

This is where I actually help.

I spread the stuff in the mold...woohoo

Usually this is my job..but someone had to take the picture :) Fourth:

Now Mikey has to vibrate all the molds with the stuff in them.This ain't your mamas ordinary vibrator!
See how pretty the stuff is coming along?
Fifth:

Which I don't have pictures of...but we take out cement tiles and put them on a different table.

Sixth:

Mikey stains the tiles. Seventh:

I usually do this job too...we seal the tiles.

Eighth:

We carry the tiles into the house and line'em up.Nineth:

Mikey puts them on the floor.

See how easy that is....yea right
